A graduate of five-year master's studies - history at the Jagiellonian University and four-year doctoral studies at the Pedagogical University of Krakow. In 2002 she obtained a doctoral degree, and in 2013 a habilitation. He has been working at the University since its establishment in 2001, first as a lecturer and senior lecturer, then as a university professor, in 2007-2008 he was the Director of the Institute of Pedagogy, and since 2016 the Vice-Rector for Development and Scientific Research. In 2020, she was elected Rector of the State Vocational University of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg for the 2020-2024 term. He is the author of over 100 scientific publications, including author monographs and edited books. She has prepared over a dozen publishing reviews of author's books, including promotion books, and several dozen articles published in collective studies and scientific journals. Organizational experience includes performing functions and working in numerous task teams operating at the University, working in expert teams appointed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, international cooperation under the Erasmus+ program, organization of conferences, seminars and implementation of research and training projects. He combines professional experience gained in education, teaching staff training and higher education with scientific work, university management and activity in scientific societies and associations acting for the benefit of the local environment.

A graduate of 5-year master's studies in the field of Pedagogy at the Maria-Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. He focuses his scientific interests in the field of social sciences around two disciplines - pedagogy, in the field of education and upbringing of young people, including those socially maladjusted, and management and quality sciences. These disciplines dominated in scientific research, the results of which were published in the form of articles and monographs. Promoter and reviewer of many master's and bachelor's theses, scientific editor of post-conference publications, reviewer of scientific articles and member of scientific committees and organizing national and international conferences. Co-author of the educational programs implemented at the University and the author of the Internal Education Quality Assurance System. Member of many examination boards. Manager and member of Research Teams implementing scientific projects since 2014. A graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of Human Resources Management and Career Counselling. He has been employed at the State Vocational University in Tarnobrzeg since 2008, initially as a senior lecturer, then as an assistant professor and now as a university professor. In 2009-2012, he was appointed Vice-Rector for Teaching, in the 2012-2016 and 2016-2020 terms, he was elected Rector of the University. In the 2020-2024 term, he was appointed Vice-Rector for Development and Research. Initiator of the development of the University in many aspects of its functioning, including the originator of the creation of a modern didactic infrastructure for practical education - simulators, workshops and laboratories. Awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland and the Minister of National Education, as well as many times awarded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education for organizational activities for the development of the State Vocational University of prof. Monika Piątek, Doctor of Humanities in the field of psychology. A graduate of psychology studies at the Catholic University of Lublin. She completed a 4-year comprehensive psychotherapy course: Systemic and psychodynamic approach. Integrated psychotherapy (Chair of Psychiatry, Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow) and a 2-year postgraduate training: Systemic approach in family therapy. She gains practical experience working with married couples, adults and youth experiencing difficulties and crises (counselling, psychological help, psychotherapy, psychoeducation) and conducting trainings to support personal development. Academic teacher at the State Vocational University of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski since 2003. Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy in 2009-2012, Vice-Rector for Education since 2012. Chairwoman of the Education Quality Committee. Member of numerous teams and committees related to teaching and development of the University. Promoter of bachelor's and master's theses. He actively participates in scientific conferences in the field of psychology. Author of scientific publications in the field of developmental psychology. Dr Anna Zych graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Faculty of Economics of the Radom University of Technology. Casimir Pulaski; specialization: Enterprise Management. In 2013, she obtained a PhD in economics in the field of management based on the dissertation The use of innovation factors in small and medium-sized enterprises (on the example of the agricultural and food industry). The promoter of the doctoral thesis was prof. dr hab. Andrzej P. Wiatrak. Professional work at the State Vocational University of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg started on October 21, 2002. Since September 24, 2019, he has been the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Dr. Anna Zych conducts classes in the field of management, economics and entrepreneurship. He actively participates in the organization of national and international scientific conferences and symposia as well as open lectures. She was the Disciplinary Ombudsman for students, head of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Technical and Economic Sciences, and the Rector's Plenipotentiary for paid internships under the project entitled Program of apprenticeships at State Higher Vocational Schools”. She was a tutor of full-time students, a tutor of the "Young Entrepreneurs" Scientific Circle, a tutor of students undergoing apprenticeships, a representative of academic teachers in the Faculty Council, a member of the Faculty Program Councils, a member of the Faculty College of Electors for the years 2012-2016 and 2016-2020. She cooperated with the Works Council and the Convention in the preparation of learning outcomes for studies conducted at the University. A graduate of 5-year master's studies in the field of Trade in Raw Materials and Agricultural Products at the Agricultural University in Krakow, Faculty of Trade and Rural Cooperatives in Rzeszów. In 1999, he obtained a PhD in economics in the field of commodity science. He focuses his scientific interests in the field of social sciences, in the scientific disciplines of economics and finance as well as commodity science, management and quality sciences. These disciplines dominated scientific research, the results of which were published in the form of articles. Professional work at the State Vocational University of prof. He started his studies at Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg on October 1, 2004 as a senior lecturer and currently as an assistant professor. In 2011, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Management. In the 2012-2016 and 2016-2020 terms, he was elected Dean of the Faculty of Technical and Economic Sciences. He has professional experience in the field of social insurance. It cooperates creatively with employers and representatives of the business environment, and also conducts activities for the benefit of young people and the local community.

A graduate of the Medical High School in Stalowa Wola. She graduated from the Medical Academy in Lublin at the Faculty of Nursing. Since 1986, he has been pursuing his didactic passion as a teacher in the following professions: nurse, paramedic, disabled person's assistant and pharmaceutical technician. Involved in conducting classes as part of postgraduate education of nurses and midwives. She completed postgraduate studies in the field of organization and management of education. Since 2014, she has been permanently associated with the State Vocational University of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg. From October 1, 2019 until September 30, 2022 she was the vice-dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. As of October 1, 2022. she took the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Health Sciences.

Almost his entire professional life was based on managing teams of people. He ran his own business for many years. For about 12 years he was the secretary of the Baranów Sandomierski commune. In the years 2011-2015 he worked in the Independent Public Health Care Center in Nowa Dęba, first as deputy director for administrative and technical matters, and from January 1, 2012. director of this hospital. Before taking the position of the Chancellor of the University, he was the president of Spółdzielnia Inwalidów "Union" in Nowa Dęba.
